Excellus BlueCross BlueShield offices will be closed on December 24, 2021. There will be no pay cycle schedule changes for InstaMed®. There will be delays in the transmission of paper checks issued by Zelis Payments. Please allow for delivery time via the U.S. Postal Service.
- For the week ending December 17, 2021, paper checks will mail on Monday, December 27 instead of Friday, December 24.
- For the week ending December 24, 2021, paper checks will mail on Monday, January 3 instead of Friday, December 31.
Important: These schedule changes only pertain to payments from Zelis Payments. There is no pay schedule change for InstaMed®.
Please note that the date of deposit for electronic (835) payments may vary slightly because deposit time frames are dependent on your financial institution.
